I was playing Greece in the 1936 scenario and I allied with Germany. Moscow decided to refuse the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact and declared war to Germany in the spring of 1940. The frontier was neglected and the soviets are attacking heavily.

The point is that Cologne, Dortmund and Aachen are heavily defended (40 divisions), as it seems the script tells the AI to prepare to attack France through Belgium and the Netherlands. But now, the situation makes this thing impossible, as they have a full 2 front war and Germany did never declared war to the Low countries. As the time goes on, the troops stays there, even if the Moscovites are at the gates of Berlin.
