Hi there! I am a german speaking battletech-fan from austria. I did my first playtrough right after the release with the game set to english language. If i remember correctly there was no other language available back then.
However, today i bought the DLCs and started a new game, and i was happy to see that i can set the game to german now. But after a closer look, i recognized that you have also changed the names of the weapons including the shortscuts. LRM's are now called LSR, SRM's are called KSR, Heat-Sinks are called Wärmetauscher (wth),... and so on. This just feels so wrong for me now. I play battletech games since Mechwarrior 2, and the names of the weapons, especially the shortcuts where always the same. So, in my opinion Battletech ist now hardly overtranslated, and i will set the language back to english, because i do not like these changes.
I am sure 99% of the german speaking mechwarriors can understand the origninal weapon names. And besides that, this is just bad for international communication in multiplayer games.
So i want to suggest you change this back to original english names! Also C-Bills should not be called C-Noten,.. this sounds so wrong imho.
