Since Graveyard of Empires released, i have noticed the reaccuring issue on ahistorical. The German AI, when going down the Monarchist Sentiment path, always get´s stuck when it comes to actually doing the Main political tree. (choosing to go democratic or monarchist) This leads them to have the uncertain furture national spirit because after ages, August von Mackensen is still in charge. Once they do all their other available focuses, they start doing a Continous Focus like Air Production. I also saw once that even after August von Mackensen dies, Wilhelm III takes power, but still doesn´t chose Democracy or Monarchy. Most of thhe time i looked into it, they had met one of the idology thresholds of 40%, but still refused. I think it might be them trying to do the other path but failing to meet the Ideology threshold. I´ve seen it happen in some videos of multiple Content creators too, so my PC isn´t the issue. However most if not all of the time i had set certain Countrys to their historical path hile still putting the game on ahistorical. (in my Most recent affected Playthrough i wanted to do the trotskyist Mexiko achivement, so i set the USSR on histrical so Trotsky can arrive and i later noticed the same issue with Germany as previously stated.) The content creator also had tinkered with the custom game rules, with one even specifcally picking the democratic option for Germany itself and the issue still occured. He was also in Spectator mode. When i was playing i was among some others Playing the new GoE Focus Trees or as reviouls ystated, Mexiko.
Steps to Reproduce
Put the Game on Ahistorical and it wwill happen if the German AI does "Rally the Wehrmacht"
