Description​

The German National Focus Seeherrschaft is suppose to show the 2 random German admirals that will receive the Blue Water Expert Trait. Sometimes, the same admiral is shown for both traits. When testing this, completing the NF did give the 2nd trait to another admiral. It also then updated the description to different admirals, so this appears to be an issue with text not being accurate to what will happen in the NF.

Steps to Reproduce​

Start a new game as Germany.
Look at the Seeherrschaft NF for the same admiral listed twice for the bonus trait given by that NF
If 2 different admirals are selected, start a new game until they are the same admiral.
After getting the description to say the same admiral, complete the NF and review admirals to see which 2 admirals got the trait.
