Get manufacturers by event?

Im playing Athens and having problems with my tech developments because Im getting psuhed into wars all the time. Can I make some flashy events so my provinces receive some manufacturers, especially naval ones :D I have no idea where to even start, but playing the usual GC Im getting these events from time to time with major countries. For minors these events doesnt excist, which makes it tough in the long run. :rolleyes:
 
It all depends on the mod your playing. :) I'll just write to examples.:D

The events can be found in DB\events\randomevents.txt. Just search for the IDs;)

The first you'll need infra lvl 3 and innovative 7 or above. ;)

I Think I understand it a little bit better. So I tried make my own event, giving me a manufactory in exchange for some gold, otherwise it would be too easy :)
Now I'll have a look at how to give me some explorers, as Im a tiny country I dont think I'll get any explorers, even with maxing out the naval slidder :p

My fleet ruled over the only sea zones that really count until it took a devastating trip to Iceland ;)
The climate there was just too harsh which almost eliminated my entire fleet. :eek: As long as all battles were taking place in the beautiful, warm sea zones the spanish armada was victorious :D
