My friend bought game for playing multiplayer with me and gets different errors when tries to enter server:
1)"connection is time out" gets when inclued Server id and password
2)"happens nothing" when tries to enter my public server from search bar; He sees my server in list and when clicks on it, nothing happens
3)"no server id" When hosts a server for me, i requested server id and he sent photo which there was empty in the server id bar...HELP PLEASE

note: He has last model mac laptop

Please make a new thread in the tech support forum for whichever game you are referring to.
