I transferred my game from CK and it loads up okay, but after the first month
the game kicks me out with this error message:

eu2.exe App.1.0.0.1
ModName:eu2.exe
ModVer1.0.0.1
offset 0080of7a

There are more in-depth error details, but I can't figure how to copy and paste them from the Windows Error Report, so you see and anaylze them.

Thank You for your time.

I think you need to find a way to get the rest. This only indicates the name and version number of the module that caused the error: EU2, and we already knew that ;)

As a bare minimum, the Windows exception code and description would be helpful already.

What patch do you have on EU2? Any mods or edits in your EU2 installation? Does this only happen with a CK converted game?

Okay, I have the report up and am using it as a template:

Module 2....and it goes on to Module 30....I can also attach my save game file
data if that might help...I have the 1.09 Patch and no other mods and the normal game scenerios run correctly. When I transferred my game over, I usually got multiple CoT errors or when it does tranfer it gives my the above reported error but it only started happening as I got further into CK and transferred the games over. I just tranferred a newly started 1066 game over from CK and it worked fine.

Are you using the latest patch of CK?
Perhaps changes in it broke the converter?

Maybe it was broken in that patch.
Anyway sounds more like a bug than a tech issue.
Let's move you to Andrews Domain.

Well I'm not really sure what we can do about this. If indeed it's to do with the output from CK then possibly the CK forum is the place to start; we're not going to be able to fix it here as there will be no more EU2 patches.

I haven't been paying attentiuon: what is the actual process to export from CK into EU2? Is it part of CK, or some freestanding utility?

It is AFAIK, and there is a user made converter too. (Don't know which has been used here). But this clearly seems to be coused by invalid output by the converter.

I use the CK converter and manually transfer the game files over. I have narrowed it to two bugs on the original problem. No kingdoms are in existance or it creates phantom shields to fill in the space for non-existant countries. (I am playing Prince of Prussia in CK and it converts to regular Prussia in EUII).
