GG Revolutions to CD

i own the original vicky on CD and downloaded revolutions from gamersgate.

is there a way i can burn the GG addon to a CD?

No, that's why people special ordered the CD version of the expansion.

Open the "vault" folder created by the GG downloader. After downloading the game it will be stored there in a form that can only be installed by the GG downloader. While the game is installing that folder will also have a regular .exe file which is normally deleted after the install. Just copy that file to a CD. If you don't mind needing the GG downloader to install then you could backup the other file instead.
