I am playing the Grand Campaign with England. Recetly everybody declared war on me (now why would that be:) ).
I was able to force several alliances to peace soon (Poland and allies, France a.a., Spain a.a., ) Then I started my offensive against the other alliances, first I wanted to attack Venice and when I sent A naval invasion and tried to unload my troops (and started to do so) My army suddenly wasn't vissible. I could see the army's flag at sea, I saw that the fleet was still unloading but I couldn't see the army itself.

I had nearly the same problem when I was invading Finland.I lost a sea battle with the fleet transporting the invading army and the army disappeared. I selected an army and used the Page Down key until the missing army showed up over Terra Incognito. I was then able to unload the army to a friendly province in the region.

No naval battle occured.
The army would only unload when I selected the ships, order them to sail to the sea where they already were and then select "unload troops" again, so I could unload them, but it's still a bug.

I see 2 weird things:

1-An army who become ghost. Disappearing!! I saw it.

2- One only time, I saw a tiny army, 1/4 or 1/5 of the size of the unit on the map who was waiting int the Baltic sea. (?!) It disappear after a short moment.

EU is haunted?? ;)

R.F.

Okay, it's clear that it is not only my computer that is haunted.
Now lets hope the ghostbusters arrive soon:)
(Or Patrick)

I've also noticed the disappearing unloading army. This morning I had something weirder. I loaded Ojeda into a fleet off of Andalusia. Then I get a message that a fleet has arrived off the coast of Tehahucan (sp?). I unload the army.... which is commanded by... Ojeda! He was supposed to be in the Atlantic on his way to Barbados! Fortunately when the army landed in Tehehucan (I know I spelled it differently the second time, maybe my odds improved ;)) it was commanded by a generic leader and Ojeda landed in Barbados. It was still weird!

Everybody declared war on you? seems to be a habit. You annex a few minors here and there, and suddenly... :) I'm stuck in a really long war at the moment, actually, up to +10 war-exhaustion revolt risk everywhere, but I can't do anything about it because I don't get diplomats quickly enough to counter all the new declarations of war...
Whoops, that was off topic. Sorry.
Has anyone found a way to beat the 0k saved game bug yet? I've lost a decade of hard fought war, and I'm tearing my hair out.

I have the opposite problem:
many times i find some 0-power armies or
navies in the same zone of one of my armies/navies.

They usually go away with a click of the mouse, but sometimes
i have to go around chasing a ghost navy thinking it's
one of the real ones..

I've had ghost armies a couple of times, but I found it was when I was trying to unload them into provinces that had not yet been discovered by an explorer. (Fully visible, but when you put the pointer over them you see "Terra Incognita".) Could yours be anything as straightforward as this?

I would think that Illyria (or some other Venetian province) wouldn't be Terra Incognita for England:)

I had a english 0 army pillaging västergötaland for many years, there was a leader in it. might be something with leaders.

I had a small guy to http://www.angelfire.com/la/LuNdBeRg/smallguy.html He beacame so small when this happaned:

1) i ordered my army to go to thuringen

2) i declared peace with spain (owning thuringen)

3) my army arrived and spain had a army there and my ally poland controlling thuringen
