I am just wondering why Paradox released a patch for HoI DD Armageddon that fixed the ghost fleet problem but did not release a fix for HoI 2 or Doomsday. It is such a game killing problem that it really should be fixed on all versions. Is there any way to eliminate this problem in HoI 2 other than the really complicated ways others have suggested on this forum? Please help!

The program failed to initialize properly and it says that all it does is rounding the size of province structures that are slightly off. I don't see how that would fix the ghost fleets, or would it? Anyways, it still won't initialize, what am I doing wrong?

It has worked for my dd-arma games. Download, unzip, execute; browse to the savegame you want to fix within the SF interface, run SF on the savegame. It displays a window with the number of ghost fleets it removed. The description of what the utility does is misleading, it doesn't say that it fixes ghost fleets; you are right it says that it will correct rounding errors; PackMan should update the description on MODHOI; in PackMan's signature link it says that it removes ghost fleets, and apparently it does. If the utility isn't working for you, you might try downloading it again, or contact PackMan about it via Private Messages.
