Gift Artifact warning error

Description​

XY cannot equip Artifact warning always shows up, but is wrong. This warning should be deleted. After gifting the Artifact, the Vassal/Knight/Child always equips it right away without any issues.

Steps to reproduce​

Gift Inventory Artifact to anyone.
