Gifing Artifact doesn't show correct numbers...
sometimes it is correct, sometimes not.

Steps to reproduce​

it's best to try it out with a blue or purple artifact.
give it to someone, it will say a. e. gives 7 opinion to you
but when you look at the character meaning to you it lists like "+37 (-x/year) gave me an artifact"
