There was a bug which prevented the Download of the Mod.

You can change the resolution through the Game Launcher (Arsenal.exe)

You can still play this pack on lower resolutions but keep in mind that thr game will cut the skins and that doesn´t look good

We will further add new Skins for minors nations. Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria are already finished and we´ll add the next version once all Europe is finished

Me and my friend were using the colorscale from a mod ( either CORE or SMEP, i just can´t remember )
