Always, when I'm trying to add a letter that isn't a part of the standard A-Z to a character, it shows up glitched in-game. For example: 'Kjøtve' would become 'KjÃ,tve'. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem.

You should encode your files using ANSI Win-1252 encoding. Note that it doesn't support all accented characters you may want to use.
