I try to convert my assets made for XXL to CS. All maps are in PNG format and for main mesh is 512*1024 size, 8 bit chanel. During the night the assets cause to appear sometimes a black line across midle of the screen. What could be a cause for it?

I had this problem with one of my assets. It looked ok close-up but when you zoomed out the texture would show in this case a white line at the edge of some surfaces. This was on an object that had be arrayed. The only way I could fix it was to re texture the parts again after the array of the object was applied. Not sure thi is the same problem but woth a try.

That "black line" was reported a few times but no solution so far afaik.

If these darker areas appear at the edge of your UVs it is probably texture bleeding, where the color of neighboring areas on your UV "bleed in".
This can be solved by extending the affected UV areas by one or two pixels.

Edit: it may also be the normal map which is not quite perfect.
