Description​

I completed Reichsleiter Goebbels a the end March 1936. In the following five years of play, his focus tree never progressed. Much later I activated Todt and Himmler and those trees progressed normally. My first war was in 1937 (Netherlands). No German territory has ever been occupied.

Steps to Reproduce​

I adopted Focuses in the following order: Remilitarize the Rhineland, Fuhrerprinzip, Reichsleiter Goebbels. I've exited the game, rebooted, relaunched Steam, loaded the saved game file, and nothing changes.
