Is the amount of inflation a nation receives from owning gold mines changeable?

No; it's on my list of defines that I want to add.

That would be great. I always abhored the way AGCEEP checks with events who owns certain gold mines to give them inflation by event - instead of simply the gold of the mine causing more inflation.

If you do would it be possible not only to make the amount of inflation modable but the percentage of income that may be gold without inflation too?
