Good scenario for a quick war

what about 1419? France against England, add Burgundy for the veterans and you can train war skills with excelent results.

Well, I still play occasionally with some friends. Nothing really scheduled though. :) For example, our actual game is postponed since june. And we are in a big world war. Makes good discussion after a couples of beer. Poor girlfriends.... :rofl:

Could be cool, but I want to show him tricks for later stage in the game. We're now in 1692 and he have no experience of warfare. But I think we'll do 2 or 3 different scenario. So 1st being a 1419, with your suggested setting, 2nd with 1700 scen and the 3rd one with a nappy ending could be a good way to show him. Thanks!
 
Yeah, I'm still not hooked as much as I was with Eu2.

However, with :

- Further tweaks to the game.
- Napoleon's Ambition expansion
- Faster mainstream computer that will run the game as fast as Eu2

We'll have something to play in MP.

Until then, I play SP and I prefer Eu3 in this aspect. But it's probably because I played too much Eu2 MP and can't revert back to SP.
 
When Napoleon´s Ambition expansion comes around, I will give EU 3 one last try. However, what bothers me, is that I have a rather new computer and EU 3 loads and runs so damn slow. And I am not going to buy a new computer for EU 3.
 
Nor me! I do think also that it's too slow. On fastest speed, it is still too slow.

But, I discovered Eu2 when it was already old. So, in 3-4 years, when I'll have a new computer, Eu3 will run fine I think :eek: Until then, I play SP Eu3 and MP Eu2.
