Trying to dig one up for scenario editing to help with bug issues but cant find anything right now on Hoi2DD or AOD forum?

Any help from the modding experts??
 
Hell no, Notepad++ is far, far better. And freeware.

They ought to really put up a sticky with this stuff, Hoi2 wiki doesnt even mention these simple but important modding tools
