The game version 1.0 from Direct to Drive does not have the autoupdate feature and the patches I have downloaded will not recognize the installation. I have registered the game with them and paradox would like a more updated version errrr.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Their website says that as you download it, it is already patched to 1.03. What they do if a newer patch was to be released I don't know, maybe you download it again.
