Somebody has been found out.

But I am curious about the progress all the same.

Being curious is an excellent quality.

As long as you don't expect an answer. :D

(I felt like answering for Garbon ...)

I simply smiled as in the past I've been told that I don't graciously receive criticism.

a bird tells me that the delay might have something to do with economic perspective(s). tell me i am wrong .

here is your chance to confirm what "you had been told" :D

While talking to birds might be a fun diversion, I'd question the idea of analyzing their response beyond the aesthetics of their song.

@panther - I think carbs are out this season. No croissants for me.

:p Fine, I'll give you health shakes. Now finish, so that AGCEEP 2, and Interregnum 2 might actually exist before 2010.

well said , will do that

but they are very melodic at the same time :p

on a seond note what could be the reason NOBODY else is offering themselves into finnishing it ;) assuming that they would be more then welcome to do so :D
just "hitting" ,yet again, the possible economic interest aspect...

For me, the economic balance problems were one of the initial reasons I rejected the idea of converting Interregnum to a new map.

That, and the BB increase inherent in having more provinces.

I have come around, but I see there are challenges, especially in regions that now have many more provinces. How does one best divide the previsous levels of tax and MP.

It can't be a styraight-sum division, because with more provinces the core costs of the techs also go up (or, at least, more countries are in higher brackets more easily).

I can see that you would want to playtest a lot to get the balance right.

I have consulted the oracle and I have found out that the date is January 5, 2009.

:p you went all the way to delphi?

Yes, and the flight was awful.

But I made out with the oracle, whose powers are truly mystic.
