For the record: We don't know how the CK avatars will look yet.

sergei's avatar is an icon from the CK interface ("History book" IIRC). See also boreal_s - he's got the CK "Family tree" icon

Greven's is a custom HoI type.

So even if we assume a weak Germany, Mecklenburg still wouldve been conquered and converted by the Danes, and if not them, the Poles. It was only a matter of time; a small "Duchy" like Mecklenburg couldnt hold out forever against the determination of three surrounding kingdoms.

Well, and if Obodrytes will play on the German/Danes/Poles rivality? At last, they can surrender to Poland, so the great war between Poland and Germans /not the only Teutonic order/ will be inevitable.
