Grail Shards bug at chapter 3?

Hi,
i am stuck at that quest in chapter 3. I dont know if it is a bug, but i do not have any more quests to accomplish. I have done all except 2 with an "?" at the bottom. I think i have to defeat Sulla, but he is impossible to defeat. What am i missing? I conquered the province Med...(?)b as part of the quest and I should now search and find the missing shard parts.
I have not succeeded wird the quest "summer"something at the beginnig (another lord asking for quick help).
Any advice please?

P.S.: It sucks, that you have to play all over again if you dont have any more savegames fom previous chapters... :angry:

Could you give us a save (3 files is one save: .inf, .jpg, .sav)?

Hello,
I think i have the same issues. The quest "The Siege of Eboracum" wont trigger, i have freed the stronghold before doing the quest "Noble in Exile" and i can't go on. I don't have saves before Nobles in Exile.
I send the save to support.

My Bug differs a bit from Dragoon54. I finished that quest. After that it doesnt go on for me. Last event is the Speech of Sulla wanting me to attack him. But as i said, he is "impossible".
How can I post a screen? Havent ever uploaded anything. :wacko:

It would be nice to know, what event actually concludes the Quest: "The Shards of the Holy Grail"
What needs to be done for that quest? I could try to figure sth out if i knew what should be happening. Do u need to kill Sulla? Where is the Shard?...
Dont want to do it all over again just to end up the same place...

Any advice appreciated!
