Grammatical Error In Tooltip

As you can see from the screenshot, the tooltip text reads "Rebels is sieging Barony of Iasi" when clearly it should be "Rebels are sieging the Barony of Iasi".

Obviously a minor issue with low priority and if this is a duplicate report I apologize.
