Grand Marriage auto-cancels if a betrothed is also regent for their parent

Description​

If one of the betrothed for a Grand Marriage is also the selected regent for their landed parent, who would be traveling to the activity, then as soon as the parent leaves they become regent, and thus unable to attend the wedding, and the wedding is called off.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Make a betrothal with a grand wedding clause.
2. Actually plan the wedding when they come of age.
3. Have the details from the description apply to at least one parent/betrothed pair.
