Grand Tournament - Horse Race giving development to wrong county

Description​

I have a horse race Grand Tournament in Gniezno and the result at the end is granting 50 development progress to my other county of Radom. I don't think this is intended, right? It's possible development is awarded to a county that the winner owns and not necessarily the location of the tournament, so this might be intended, but if so that is very confusing. I don't think Radom was supposed to get that development. Even if, say, the king of France won my tournament, why would Paris get the development?

I should note, Radom is my least developed county. So maybe that is why it is the target? Still, confusing. Tournament wasn't there (or even close to there).

Steps to reproduce​

Not sure if there is a specific process to reproduce the issue, but I just had a horse race Grand Tournament in Gniezno. The end gave me development in a different county.

This bonus is from an accolade (Reeve) and the effect is applied by accolades_development_growth_for_least_developed_county_effect and the code is taking your least developed county to apply the bonus (so no issue at all here)

And the text of the accolade explicitly say it will be for your least-developed county

Ah! thanks, I just noticed this. It's unfortunate how unclear accolades are, but I agree, not a bug.
