Description​

When planning a grand tournament, hovering over a Prizes or Accommodations tier that is unavailable will show debug text in tooltip.

Steps to reproduce​

- Begin planning a grand tournament with a sub-optimal amount of gold (not enough to satisfy the requirement).
- Adjust the Prizes and Accommodations and hover over the greyed-out radio option for the most expensive tier.
- Observe red snake-case debug text "DEBUG_I_HAVE_MORE_GOLD_TRIGGER" in tooltip
