Grand Wedding immediately cancelled if spouse is the regent of a wedding attendee

Description​

If one of the spouses to be married is the regent of a character who would attend the wedding, as soon as guests leave to travel to the wedding, the spouse becomes the active regent and their own grand wedding is cancelled. The cost of the wedding is not refunded.

In this situation, regency should go to the next character in the regency succession, since the reason for the regency is that the liege is attending their primary regent's own grand wedding.

Steps to reproduce​

Create an engagement with a character who is their liege's preferred regent and promise a grand wedding.

Plan the grand wedding and set the guests to include the spouse's liege (this often occurs by default, for example if the liege is a neighboring ruler or a family member of the spouse).

Not only this, but characters who travel with their Liege can still be Regent.

They should probably remove all Characters, who are travelling with the Liege from the Regency Succession.

This apparently can also happen if the spouse's liege travels for any other reason. If the spouse becomes regent the wedding is cancelled with no refund. Such a dumb feeling experience especially given that a grand wedding is more expensive than almost anything in the game.
