Grand Wedding promise auto-breaks and penalizes player when the target's liege changes rank

Description​

I betrothed my son to the daughter of a count (that count was in line to inherit a kingdom). The only way he accepted was if I promised a Grand Wedding, which I did.

A few years later said count inherited the kingdom (the kingdom had a civil war so the current holder was deposed). Then I received this event which says that I've apparently "run out of time" whereas both the betrothed children are way underage at the moment. I have only a couple of QoL mods so this is a completely vanilla related bug.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Be a king.
2. Betroth your son to a count's daughter and promise a Grand Wedding.
3. Make that count inherit a kingdom.
4. Notice that you receive the event which says that the grand wedding betrothal is expired because time ran out.
