I read in the dev diary that I can give my siblings a cadet dynasty, I can't seem to do so as Tywin Lannister in the Crowned Stag bookmark though, is there something I'm missing? It seems to work fine for bastards.

Just a question but are there any plans to add a function that allows trueborn dynasty members to form a cadet branch like House Karstark or the Reach houses?

Not at the moment as there are only a handful of examples in lore and no easy set of conditions would be able to be made that would fit all examples.

Maybe it could be an event, where after few generations of owning some title, branch of family can become its own cadet house (for example, Martyn Lannister owns Darry for 30 years, dies, his son rules for a long time, dies and then his grandson will get an event to create Lannister cadet house...he can decline, of course). So, basically Karstark scenario for everyone.
