Granting companies monopiles prevents them from privatizing government constructed buildings of that type

Description​

When a company is granted monopoly rights it will not buy/privatize any buildings of that type. When monopoly rights are not granted the company will rapidly buy government-constructed buildings.

Steps to reproduce​

The issue can easily be reproduced by building several buildings of the type of monopoly you grant. When no monopoly rights are granted the company will quickly buy the buildings levels, when monopoly rights are granted it will not buy them.

Hi,

I just opened a fresh France save to confirm the issue (see attached) I gave monopoly rights for coal and textiles to Dollfus-Mieg et Cie, I built 5 coal mines in Alsace and 2 Textile mills in Rhone and ran the game for several years, the company has yet to purchase any of them. I ran into the same issue during my Russia game I can provide those saves as well if helpful.

EDIT: One note that might be useful is that I have only tested this on companies that exist at game start.

Hey Pelly, this was the issue I mentioned to you on Discord. I just tested it and it appears to still be occurring.

Let me know if additional saves will be useful.

I have loaded the save, and this seems to be WAD, probably related to profitability (maybe other privatization targets like Opium are just better at that specific point in time).

After building a few more levels across the country, adding a bunch of money to the investment pool and running the game for a whiel the levels were eventually bought up after coal demand increased and the profitability of the buildings improved.
