Hey co-damsku. Thanks for response. I have no mods and bought the game in store. I also purchased DLCs from Steam which worked fine before too.

I have reinstalled but didnt try renaming files as you suggest, but will try that now and let you know.

Since the game stopped completely, I have rolled back drivers and just about everything else that has been suggested here.

EDIT: Tried it and it never worked.

Colossal - your customer service sucks. I have now been unable to play this game for over four months. I will never be buying from you again. I am not going to wait any longer on the off chance someone has the same error as me or can be bothered to respond. This is a real shame as I thought the game itself was excellent WHEN I COULD PLAY IT.

I know it's not politcally correct to slag you off, as you're all very talented and polite when you do bother to respond, but this is ridiculous. Lesson learned.

Hi knewt02,

I believe that you have a graphic card below the system requirements. I did ask my team to help you anyway, since the game used to run earlier. We have run out of ideas and since it's related to the graphic card, it's an issue that we can't fix unfortunately. I thank you for the positive feedback on Cities in Motion itself.

Best regards,
Mariina

@brisfan

As your specs you should be able to run it.

Is your issue resolved? if not what OS & SP are you running & what is your Nvidia driver version?
Also did you add Cities In Motion.exe in your Nvidia control panel at 3D settings -> Manage 3D settings -> Program settings. Thus forcing the game to run on nvidia settings.
