When you hover the mouse over the bottom half of the advances section in the Realm: Laws/Advances screen (ie, where the description of the effects of the advances are given), it will bring up the brief description window for advances which are actually hidden behind the overlay.
That's not very clear is it. I'll try again.
The advances list is, obviously, so long that you need to scroll down it to see everything. If you leave it at the top, that list still continues down the screen, BEHIND the information section. For some reason, the mouseover event is still being triggered on the entries in the list behind the information section.
It isn't a terrible bug, but it does mean you have to keep moving the mouse away from the level I, II, III, IV, V icons to stop it obscuring the description you're trying to read.
