Graphical Bug + Slow game

I have two problems with my GOT games, one of them probably unsolvable.

1/ Dragons appear with western gfx. How can I fix that ? It's quite annoying to have some young man father of an old guy...

2/ My game is very low as I am using the minimum requirements (64bits, 4 GB of Memory). I know it is probably unsolvable but still, would you have some tricks to increase speed ? 'cause it is almost unplayable ! I have tried suppressing trees (I am playing with the colored realm map) but it is not really working as there is not so much trees on the map....

Are you using a submod that is not compatible with the "dragons as characters" update? This is possibly also the cause of the performance issues.

Nope, nothing. And AGOT is even almost the only mod installed and that I'm playing with.

Sorry for the double post but I have solved the first problem : The graphical bug came from the fact that there was no dragon culture in the valyrian txt. I have downloaded the zipped file and replaced it manually.

It might have been the installer which corrupted the file while installing the mod.

But I'm still having my slow game problem so if you have any suggestion ...
