*****All of these were observed in the GC, although they may not be limited to it. The graphs stop updating correctly after about 300 years. The victory points by monarch page gives ridiculous values. Early in the game, an AI peace offer is sometimes displayed twice simultaneously. During battle, the pop-up help for attrition sometimes fails to appear. When you have clicked on the governor's office to build a governor but have not confirmed the message, the pop-up help for other messages does not appear (this is bad when a historical event occurs and you must choose an option without seeing the consequences). Incomes >= 100 ducats/month) can be hard to read or illegible on the income screen; similarly, it can be hard to read the treasury when it is >= 100000 ducats. When you have message boxes on the screen and load a saved game, the messages are not cleared (this is especially annoying if you have a large empire and a civil war, which can give several hundred revolt messages).

Known bug, I suspect it comes under "won't fix".

As above.

Very strange. Does this matter though?

Not sure what you mean here. Are you referring to the pop-up for naval attrition, when a boat has been out of port too long. Surely it should continue fighting until the battle has finished?

Weird. Never heard of that, but that is a fairly serious bug if true.

Income > 100 ducats is a lot, though easily achievable towards the end of the game. Given that income isn't a particularly big constraint at this stage, is this important?
similarly, it can be hard to read the treasury when it is >= 100000 ducats.

Um. Maybe you shouldn't be reloading the game when you get a civil war? :D

It is true and a very bad bug. AFAIK it is the same for all promotions - it probably has to do with the little black box that appears on the screen when you order a promotion. It somehow deletes the event text that comes afterwards  .

I started looking in the bug list if I could find it but after 5 minutes search I decided I had more important things to do. :) If I had to guess I'd say it is there somewhere. Our bug list is too large :(

Anyhow, the workaround is to always pause the game when you make a promotion. Something that will not be looked kindly upon in a MP game and since the current patch is intended for MP gaming this is indeed a very serious bug.

Yep, this one has always irritated me. When the number consists of many 1:s, like 111, there is no problem because that does not take that much space, but numbers like 956 gets hard to read.

A workaround is to the number to the right by multiplying the number to the left with the percentage number given.

Example, assume the x stands for a difficult to read digit and Y = easy to read digit:

986 (110%) xyyy

Now it is easy to calculate in your head that x must be = 1.

However, this is more difficult

986 (110%) xxyy

That is, when it it is the second digit in the number that you cannot see what it is, it becomes much more difficult to calculate in your head. Since I keep notes of my income at regular intervals I have, at some instances, had to take up a calculator and use it to get the correct number.

I am in support of this bug report. I believe it is basic that all the info the game gives to the player should be legible.

Some years ago I posted a similar bug report about some information in the ledger that became non-legible under certain circumstances (it was the expiring dates of casus belli when there were many letters in the name of the month) and IIRC it was fixed.

However, if one wants to fix this one space must be taken somewhere from. When I have looked on the screen trying to figure out where to take this space from I have had some problems coming up with a good suggestion. Do you have any good idea Matt?

The page search feature in Firefox found it in about 10 seconds for me:

84 : Type: Interface | Status: CONFIRMED | Severity: NORMAL
When an event occurs while a building confirmation dialog is open (or a message setting change box), you can't see what the event consequences are.
