Watching the NGNG stream (Phil) at one point there were strange black dots swarming over a face in a cutscene - see below. Everyone on the stream saw it so it wasn't just on my end.

This same glitch repeated on tonight’s Twitch broadcast by SideStrafe, but was centered on RNE safe character’s goatee and hair.
