Getting annoyed with buying games that are bugged!!

1st: If I go into options and try to change the screen resolution, it just reverts back to the original resolution IE: I try and change it to widescreen 16:9 1920:1080 (as I am playing on a full HD 52 inch television)I click apply and it reverts to 1660 or some rubbish.

2nd: right along the centre of my screen I have a graphical glitch that warps the video rendering everytime I move around the city (probably because I cant get the damn game to run in my TVs native resolution)

3rd: Power lines are completely stupid they don't connect to wind turbines or the roads or the houses or anything else. I keep getting power cuts even though the darn houses or water towers have a power line right next to them.

4th: This is supposed to be a realistic simulation, so can someone tell me how vans driving straight through other vans, cars and lorries, or how people crossing the road can walk right through vehicles and then carry on down the street like nothing happened be in anyway realistic.

and if anyone can tell me which way the wind direction is, Id appreciate it cus my game don't tell me a damn thing.

Figured out for whatever reason the game will only play in whatever the desktop resolution is. Now that I've changed my desktop to 1920 1080 the game runs it too. First time I have ever seen a game need the desktop to be the same resolution to work.
