If only this game was a moddable as EU3, where we could just plug in resources as wanted. Sigh.

yes we should be able to change the icons for the factories, so long as we name them the same so the engine will be able to read the file. but the content of the graphic we can change to fit their new use.

So we need a Chemical Plant, Hull Shipyard, Synthetic Nitrate Factory and Sugar Beet Refinery.

One final graphic need

We are merging radio with telephone into a 'communications' resource, so we need a new icon for a good that combines telephone and radio.
