If I start a game as Columbia in Victoria, can I export that game into HoI2? And play as Columbia in WWII?

*this is of course colUmbia, (pacific NW, north america) not colOmbia (south america)

*this was meant for the Victoria 1 board... hrm. how embarrassing.

Never mind, I will answer anyway :)
Yes, you can, although the transfered game won't have events leading to WW2, so you will just have complete fantasy game.
