This game is wildly fun, but there are a few changes that I think would make it even better. Some of these have already been mentioned so I'll be brief with those.

1. AI - I would make the rival bosses concentrate more on upgrading their rackets as soon as they get the chance. Recently, in a game where I had gotten rolling pretty good and had a huge amount of cash, I sent a struggling faction who was constantly getting their rackets taken over 200k in cash. However, instead of upgrading their rackets (which were at rank 1 in everything) they just sat on the money and continued to get beat up. Kinda makes a player feel like they aren't really playing against any real opponents. I would have immediately set at LEAST the security to level 3 or higher and increased ambience and alcohol types to 3 or higher, but they never did.

2. Randomize the hired gangster traits some. My favorite is Josephine Doody, for example, and I want to make her into a badarse, but not with damn "Small" trait... ugh (Nothing against small people, lol). Would be cool if it could be Beautiful or Hair Trigger randomly sometimes. Heck, it'd be kinda cool if you could even just select their traits. Say, Three Background Traits, 1 Life lesson Trait, 1 or 2 Personality Traits and 1 or 2 Physical Traits. Seven total, maybe. WOW! That would be addictive!! (In fact, I think that would help take the game to another level $$)

3. It'd be cool if you could select a hired gangster's nick name from a list of the ones they've earned so far.

4. Others have mentioned this one: It would be cool if you could sway hired gangsters away from other bosses the way they do yours. And you face consequences if you succeed and even worse consequences if you fail.

5. So far, it seems like a good way to get some good blue or even purple items is to trade with other bosses. However, it seems like sometimes you can randomly get a bad game where the other bosses don't have jack squat. (The very first time I did a trade the guy had an epic (purple) Model 12 Shotgun and an epic M1911 and I nearly jumped out of my seat.) Every game after that has seen bad luck, though. It would be awesome if the rival bosses filled their stock back up once every month or two because it seems that what they have at the beginning is what they have for the whole game. I've never seen them get anything new. Maybe I just didn't check often enough.

That's about it. This is a great game and it deserves to fill out it's potential. So glad to see that you guys are at least listening to the customers, even if all of our dreams and wishes are just not feasible. Here's hoping for the game's future success!
