Great-Grandson Not My Family

Description​

I am a monarch able to get children of my family to learn languages. However, though the game recognizes my great-grandson as being my great-grandson, the option to teach him a language is grayed out because he is "not family of you" (which in addition to being incorrect is also poor English - you don't say 'family of you' in normal English).

It could be fixed by one of the following:
1) allowing the interaction to work on anyone with a titled family relationship to you;
2) allowing the interaction to work on anyone who is of your house
3) changing the mouseover text to read "xxxxx is not your Close Family" or "xxxxx is not in your Close Family" (or 'close family') if there isn't a tooltip for that.

Steps to reproduce​

1) Have a great-grandson
2) Have the ability to have your family learn languages
3) Try to teach it to them by right-clicking on the descendant

I fail to see the relevance of the chart to the bug - the tooltip text does not say "extended family", and my point is that the game recognizes that my great-grandson is my great-grandson, but also claims he is "not family of you" as an explanatory tooltip for why an interaction fails. This is at a minimum poor UI design, though I also think the game should allow you to influence your great-grandchildren, or probably any blood relative or at least any descendant. I mean, I had a personal relationship with two of my great-grandparents, and it wasn't innately much different than my relationship with my grandparents, except for the age difference and the fact that they died earlier.
