Description​

Garden of Affluence incorrectly apply income per farm/forester. It doesn't seem to count number of farms/foresters correctly, as well as give enormous income per each farm/forester.

Steps to reproduce​

I don't have reliable way to reproduce the bug. The bug has occurred in conquered city (Eternal Blossom in save).
