My guards won't escort my prisoners to their cells even though there are cells available, moreover some don't even get escorted to the holding cell. I have 40-50 guards who are available and that aren't doing any jobs. I also have free cells for prisoners and the areas are for available for the prisoners to move around. Is there any fix to this as my prisoners just eventually die?
