Looted province and growth rates.

*If you cant seem to get a negative growth number on a province (thus cant get it to drop below 5,000) wait until the rebels have looted the province. Looted provinces are additional -5 growth. This may take a few times if you are +3 stab and no tax collector. If the rebels dont 'loot' just retake the province and let another rebellion happen. In case you did not know. A province is looted when it has those little flames near the fort. All looting does is drop growth -5%.

*When a province successfully rebels all provinces next to it have a +2 revolt risk.

This can be used offensively during peace time if you boarder a province or provinces that are known revolt nations. Ex. POL held Magyar. Turkey held Transylvania and others around it. Magyar revolted and the rebels wandered off to be slain. Turkey was at war and as there war exhaustion climbed Transylvania had a positive revolt risk. Well they did rebel and with a couple donations from POL were able to build an army and take a couple provinces from turkey. The net result was that during peace time with POL, POL was able to help Transylvania come into existance and gain 1 province from turkey all for 200d from POL. Not a big deal, but still a fun thing to do while you are waiting for your BB to drop and placing merchants *yawn*. :) Plus they are now in my mil-alliance, and if I play this game more they will get province from turkey in peace agreements and become the new hungry of the area. :p I love revolting nations.
