True, but the kingdom of Kartli's flag became the basis of the national flag to Georgia after its liberation in 1918-1921.
Since Georgia is in the GC and Kartli not, that flag wouldn't much more accurate.

You don't need 7-zip (I assume that's what you mean?). The procedure to install is simply to run the executable and point the extraction program at your EU2 directory.
Since much is ambiguous, I will suggest that you redownload just in case the file was corrupted while downloading.
Well, I have just discovered that for some mysterious reason FlashGet couldn't make a complete download of the file. It works perfectly with the browser.
Wryun, what do you think about adding GUFSM 1.1e in the EU2 - User made scenarios and mods thread?
