Guyanas Population

English Guyana: 67 POP's = 268.000
Dutch Guyana: 62 POP's = 248.000
French Guyana: 57 POP's = 228.000

Uruguay: 37 POP's = 148.000

I think that the old 4x population bug is represented here, cause it makes no sense that each guyana have more population than Uruguay.

French Guyana 1830 = 23.700

English Guyana 1825 = 87.000

Dutch Guyana 1817 = 64.500

Uruguay 1849 = 128.300

I have earlier posted to get the POP's in the to French Guyana provinces swaped, but I have not suggested any change in total population,

I've already added this change and ALL South America POP's to the next VIP Release.
