Hello AGOT coders,
Enlil, our dear WtWSMS creator earlier asked about this:
Also, is it possible to edit the Demand Religious Conversion decision to bar certain religions from asking other religions to convert?
I then suggested this:
But is negative modifiers impossible to add to the demand request? Like -1000 for tolerance.
Probably through some conditions or if that does not work some high negative modifiers (-1000) for certain other religions.
richvh stated this though:
You can add negative opinion modifiers, since opinion is considered in accepting a diplomatic option. All other modifiers to diplomatic options are hard coded and not accessible, to the best of my knowledge. (Well, some are accessible, such as putting intermarry = xxx to get rid of the "must not marry an infidel" marriage request refusal reason, but you can't introduce new modifiers that Paradox hasn't provided for.)
IsadorBG did imply that you had done something to this:
You mean the AGOT mod system ? I don't know if you can make it work only for specific faith and not for everyone. Worth asking the AGOT team.
So I'm here asking about it. How have you modified this in AGOT and have you found a way to circumvent the hardcode limitation? If yes, is it possible to reuse it for WtWSMS in another context and only for specific faiths?

I don't think we have found a way around the hardcoded modifiers beyong the inter_marry entries in the religion file I'm afraid. We are all relying on Paradox to help in this I think.

Ok, thank you for that response. Was the thing (the AGOT system) someone mentioned wrong then or is it about inter_marry?
