With the late game slowdown caused in the grand campaign I find the game to be extremely agonizing from 1947 and on.
I might not have the best CPU by todays standards but at the time of the release of the game it would have been considered a behemoth CPU and it's still impossible to enjoy the game in the later years of the grand campaign.
Has anyone ever made it to 1953 by any other means than simply leaving the game on overnight and not touching it anymore?
