We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
It would work as it's simply a compilation of scenario files, but its missing the scenario_provinces file. I looked at the parent scenario file and it seems you'll have to download the file from his other mod, the many Dukes scenario, which can be found Here. It also seems there are dynasty files and other things, so it may be a good idea to just download the entire mod all-together. I'll be trying it out myself soon.
