I really want to play Surviving the Aftermath, but I can't set aside what has been claimed. Has Paradox denied it with proof? Acknowledged it and have done things to fix it? All I can find online are articles from about a month ago.

Reactions:
on glassdoor there have been regularly negative reviews posted pointing those mistreatments out, i doubt that anything changed meanwhile in a significant manner

it still would be nice to hear from paradox about their measures on improving their working conditions

Glassdoor... thats were disgruntled employees come to share their griefs. It would be suspicious if a company did not have negative Glassdoor reviews.

In any case OP, how do you deny anonymous accusations that are unsubstantiated? You have a "culture of silence"... how do you "deny it with proof". You are expecting things a company cannot deliver besides some PR spin.

The actual incidents mentioned in the press, well... are pretty light. Consider the possibility that the press has kind of spinned this into the domain of exaggeration, because accusations like "culture of silence" and "toxic workplace" based on anonymous testimonies are kind of hard to refute.

In the end its the employees who can measure if things are bad, or whether they are improving. Our perception is heavy subsceptible to manipulation.

Management requested an third party to investigate this. They expect result around the end of this year. In the meanwhile they gave some trainings to managers. I expect they will tell the actions they will initiate based on this results in Februari, or earlier if they are considered relevant for players/investors.
